The Design/Build Value Proposition
The foundation of every successful project is team-work. Successful-built-projects require early and constant collaboration between owners, designers and construction professionals in order to achieve the highest degree of overall project-goal realization at the lowest possible cost.
Our projects are intelligently designed, professionally managed and built with the attention to detail that is the hallmark of true craftsmanship, but the efficiency of the process is critical.
We achieve this by developing cost feedback as early in a project’s design development as possible, allowing for design adjustments based upon estimated construction-cost related feedback. This state of “early enlightenment” with respect to relevant cost and methodology related information allows the entire team to work together to plan for a great project, not in spite of the input of the team, but because of it.
